When Mondells Patisserie started in 2007, we began baking ONLY Gluten Free products. It was a chance for us to start small, and provide a “fancier” range of Gluten Free products to restaurants, hotels, etc, than what was already available on the market. We sold YUMMY GLUTEN FREE STUFF!!!!
